Venue hire

Our Weir View Room is available to hire for private functions, corporate events and community workshops. Set within the historic 18th century cottages with beautiful views over our garden and the River Trent, it's the perfect space for a wide variety of activities.

The space is suitable for up to 40 people standing or 25 people seated and a large touchscreen is available to use for presentations or displays. We also have a range of delicious catering options to choose from, which you can view with the link below (please note we don't allow food to be brought onsite from outside sources).

Catering options

Our chefs pride themselves on choosing seasonal and locally sourced ingredients wherever they can, with all food being prepared in our kitchen.

Prices for hiring the Weir View Room are as follows:

  • £100 for full-day (during opening times 9.30am - 4.30pm)
  • £25 per hour (during opening times 9.30am - 4.30pm)
  • £250 for full-evening hire (5pm - 10.30pm), includes use of tearoom
  • £30 per hour during evening (5pm - 10.30pm), includes use of tearoom
