Wander the Waterways May 2022 Wander the Waterways Join our volunteer guides every Tuesday for a wander around Beeston’s waterways and discover some fascinating local stories and uncover some of the area’s natural beauty. The 2.5 mile walk lasts approximately 2 hours. The route is mainly on footpaths with some uneven ground and mud. The route is fully wheelchair accessible. This is a free event, but donations after the walk for the CHC education programme are gratefully received. Meet at CHC at 11:00am. Please note, there will be no walk on Tuesday 30th November. Each walk is limited to 12 people. The walks are popular, so to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking in advance selecting the date of the walk below. Places on the walks are free, but we welcome donations to support our charitable work with the local community.
